Engineered for superior power and cooler engine temperatures, this exhaust system is precision-crafted from aerospace-grade materials built to handle the toughest conditions. Proudly made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty, it delivers unmatched reliability and durability.

Compatible Models:
Husqvarna 385 and 390xp

Note: Will not fit 365 and 372 properly. Not designed to fit clone saws. Must use factory heat shield and an OEM Base Gasket (not included).

Includes:

• One-piece muffler cover CNC machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum
• Muffler Base CNC machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum
• Lower Support Bracket CNC machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum
• Complete hardware kit shown
• Spark arrestor screen with aperture size compliant with USFS specifications
• High-Temperature Gasket (between cover and base) – Made in the USA

Dyno Proven Performance
Tested on a completely stock saw with no modifications other than the muffler. Results showed a 7.3% increase in horsepower and a 7.8% increase in torque.
Performance gains will vary depending on the saw and the level of modification.

Installation Notes:
• Replacement of the OEM exhaust port gasket is recommended (not included)
• Designed to be used with the factory heat shield and OEM gasket
• Post-installation tuning or recalibration is required for optimal performance
• Use Loctite 243 thread locker on all mounting screws for secure, vibration-resistant assembly
